Right to withdraw / Returns

You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 30 days without giving any reason. If you would like to return purchased goods, please send them to us. The return must be made within 30 business days from the day you have accepted the package. To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision to cancel this contract by a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail). You may use the attached model cancellation form, but it is not obligatory.

Complaints

If you wish to make a complaint about purchased goods, send them over to us. Along with the goods you should send printed and filled "Complaint form" or written statement, which indicates the name, address, order number and a description of the damage. We will inform you about the result of your complaint within 14 business days (from the day we have received your package) by E-mail or via phone. If your complaint will be justified we will cover all shipping costs. In case of unjustified complaints, the customer is obligated to pay all charges.

The warranty is invalid for products damaged by:
- accidents,
- misuse,
- improper use,
- bad assembly,
- use of force,
- misinterpretation and improper manual use,
- 3rd parties,
- natural catastrophes,
- exceptional accidents.
